Pregnant mom with twins dream? Teeth pulled?

I had a weird dream today o-o;;





I dreamt that my mom was pregnant with twins and at first when my family found out about this all our reactions were pretty surprised by later we rejoiced? She was embarassed about it though throughout the entire time (because of her age; she%26#039;s 48).


Then later on in the dream, I slept and woke up (still in the dream) and went to the bathroom, where my mom (still pregnant with twins) told me my father removed my excess top left tooth while I was sleeping. I suddenly grabbed one of my teeth and pulled it out like nothing.





The thing is though I can%26#039;t stop thinking about this dream and it%26#039;s bugging me.


I also don%26#039;t need responses like %26quot;it means nothing%26quot; because that really doesn%26#039;t help -_-;; I know vaguely what teeth pulling dream mean but nothing of pregnant twin dreams of someone else.
