Do orthodontics pull teeth out?
Your dentist has to pull the teeth. Orthos do not pull teeth they just deal with the braces. I am not sure about your orthodontist but I would think he would wait a bit to let those teeth fall out naturally before he decides to do braces unless you need them that badly.
Reply:When i got my 6 baby teeth pulled out before my braces a dentist did it not an orthodontist cuz they dont specialize on that but I think my insurance paid 4 it Good luck w/ getting beautiful teeth
Reply:No they do not pull teeth and no pulling teeth at the dentist is never free but your dental insurance covers most or all of it if you have dental insurance.
Reply:Your orthodontist will refer you to your dentist to get your baby teeth pulled. My son had 4 of his baby teeth pulled to make room for his adult molars; after those teeth came in the orthodontist pulled those teeth to shift his teeth backwards.

It all depends on the type of insurance you have; the first set of teeth my son had pulled I had to pay 50% of the bill. I changed insurances before he started his braces and I did not have to pay anything for his adult molars to be pulled.
