How much to pull teeth?
It depends on how badly broken those back teeth are, and how far back they are in your mouth (aka wisdom, therefore more difficult). If the extraction is going to be difficult, it will need to be a surgical, rather than simple extraction, and you may need to see an oral surgeon for the extraction, which will increase the price.

A simple extraction in southern California usually costs around $70-100; surgical, around $100-150+, depending on the dentist and oral surgeon, and area.

If you are looking for a low cost option, you may want to go to either a dental school or a hospital that has an oral surgery residency, since those extractions will be done by students and residents, and will offer lower fees than on the outside.

Good luck!
Reply:its gonna cost lots ...but if u dont need the pain stuff it is cheaper...sorry .....havde u tried the hospital emerg.?
Reply:Basic dentist vist in my area, without insurance, is about $85- $90.
Reply:ur dentist could prob rebuild then using a filling, my back tooth had a terrible cavity and when they drilled it it basicaly was my whole tooth and they rebuilt it usng a filling
Reply:$5 billions dollars! ^-.^
Reply:GET DENTAL INSURANCE!!!!! or live with it. OKKKKK!!!! (dont mind my anger tantrums)
Reply:Just to let you know, i had the same situation. My dentist told me not to ever take my back teeth out. I had bad cavities in the back and she said if i pulled it out, then my teeth would rearrange because the back teeth are the structure of the jaw. So try fo fix it it%26#039;ll pay off more.
Reply:Where I work we charge $137.00 just to pull a tooth and $197.00 if we have to surgical extract it.(cut the gums to get down to the bone to get the tooth out)

Just to let you know you will have to get an x-ray before you get your tooth pull and that will cost you a little more.

Good luck and don%26#039;t put this off to long you don%26#039;t want to get an infection.
Reply:Pull it out yourself, save teh costs by drinking a bottle of whisky to dull the pain, thats what i did with my loose teeth
